Quotes
Quotes are fixed for 60 days from the date issued. The price covers everything listed in the itemised quote. If you change the design, or we uncover hidden obstructions such as old tanks or services, we will agree any change with you in writing before continuing.
Payment
We do not take payment before work starts. Materials are invoiced on delivery to site. The balance is due once the finished work has been inspected with you.
Workmanship guarantee
We guarantee our workmanship for ten years from completion. The guarantee covers sinking, rutting and movement caused by the sub-base or laying. It does not cover oil or chemical staining, damage from skips, heavy plant or vehicles over 3.5 tonnes, or natural colour variation and weathering of materials.
Making a claim
Call or email us with photos and your job reference. We will visit within ten working days and put right anything covered at no cost to you.
Cancellations
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you can cancel within 14 days of accepting a quote. If you ask us to start within that period, you may need to pay for work already carried out.
